Maybe, or maybe not. With an attendance cap in place, it is possible that each day could sell out in advance. We recommend you get your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment!

Hey Musicians, thanks so much for your interest in IMF! Please complete our Musician Application Form for consideration, please include as much information about yourself as possible. Please note we will not accept mailed in submissions. Deadline for submissions is March 31st.
We are accepting vendor applications by email. Sometimes a vendor is unavailable for the event, which opens their slot to another vendor.
A list of performers is published in the local newspapers and on our website prior to the Festival. Check back throughout the summer for any performer updates. The schedule itself will be available a little closer to the Festival dates and is included in the Festival Program.
The main gate is the preferred access gate for our disabled patrons. All of our patron stage areas are wheelchair friendly. We also provide wheelchair accessible bathrooms and wash facilities. If you require special assistance with entrance to the Festival, please call our office to discuss.
Yes, non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcoholic beverages will be confiscated. We have a Beer Garden onsite featuring local wines and beers.
Sorry, no pets are allowed on site during the Festival unless the animal is needed for assistance because you have a legitimate medical condition.
8 ft. by 10 ft. tarp is the maximum size allowed. We ask that you please be considerate of others that would like to share our green space as well and use only what you need.
Any chair with a seat higher than 8 inches off the ground will not be permitted in the front area of the field. Chairs above this height are designated farther back on the field.
Yes there are. We try to arrange for a variety of food vendors – catering to vegetarian and omnivorous palates.
Yes, of course. Note, however, that alcohol and glass containers are (like dogs) not welcome on the festival site. So don’t try to hide your German Shepherd in your cooler.
Yes. We support local breweries and vineyards.
You bet. The mood at the Invermere Music Festival is relaxed and happy. Kids can play at the beach or enjoy the expanse of lawn at the festival site. Children 12 & under accompanied by their parents are free.
The location is a mountain and lake side environment where anything can happen in any season. Be prepared, however, do know that August is our most favourable and consistent month in terms of predictable summer weather.
8 hours total. Different shifts are required before, during and after the Festival depending on the work and position.
If you have volunteered for the Festival previously and you are in good standing as a Volunteer, you will be considered as a potential Supervisor. From time to time openings do happen, so if you are interested, feel free to contact the Volunteer Coordinator.

The Rules and Regulations for the Festival:

  1. No Glass allowed on site
  2. No Carry-in Alcohol
  3. No Pets
  4. No Illegal Substances
  5. No Vehicles
  6. Swim At Own Risk- no lifeguard on duty
  7. No Cliff Diving
  8. Do not remove any alcohol from the festival grounds
  9. Please observe seating and dancing area arrangements
  10. Please stay back from the stage area
  11. Smokers please be courteous and respectful to your neighbours
  12. Please Respect the Zero Waste Stations Rules. Help us keep the site clean and beautiful!
